New Jersey Wine Festivals invites you to celebrate the coming of spring at the 4th Annual Spring Wine
Festival on Friday, April 8, 2011 at the Hilton Short Hills. With 100+ fine wines hand-selected for your
tasting pleasure by the experts of the Wine Library, come relax, mix n’ mingle with wine lovers just like you.
Sip a diverse array of wines, nibble on accompanying fare, and kick back with the smooth sounds of live
jazz.
WINE & FOOD: Enjoy wines from around the globe presented by the connoisseurs of the Wine Library!
This wide selection of over 100 fine wines offers something for every palate’s
pleasure. The Hilton’s expert culinary staff will provide a first class selection of light hors d'oeuvres
throughout the night, in addition to exquisite cheese displays and pasta stations. A recipient of numerous
awards for food service, the Hilton Short Hills is one of New Jersey's finest lodging accommodations. See
the menu from our last event at the Hilton.
WINE CLASSES: Three (3) wine classes will be conducted in our Private Tasting Area at 7:15, 8:15PM &
9:15PM. Classes are led by a wine connoisseur who will guide participants through several specially
selected wines. Each wine will be traced to its geographic origins, compared with other choices, and noted
for best food pairings. Please add $30 per ticket to attend a class. NOTE: Reservations for your session of
choice MUST be made online or by phone during ticket purchase. Class sizes are limited, so be sure to
reserve early. This year's wine class experts will be announced in mid February so stay tuned!
