New Jersey Wine Festivals invites you to celebrate the coming of spring at the 4th Annual Spring Wine
Festival on Friday, April 8, 2011 at the Hilton Short Hills. With 100+ fine wines hand-selected for your
tasting pleasure by the experts of the Wine Library, come relax, mix n’ mingle with wine lovers just like you.
Sip a diverse array of wines, nibble on accompanying fare, and kick back with the smooth sounds of live
jazz.

This wide selection of over 100 fine wines offers something for every palate’s
pleasure. The Hilton’s expert culinary staff will provide a first class selection of light hors d'oeuvres
throughout the night, in addition to exquisite cheese displays and pasta stations. A recipient of numerous

WINE CLASSES LED BY A WINE EXPERT: Three (3) wine classes will be conducted in our Private Tasting
Area at 7:15, 8:15PM & 9:15PM. Classes are led by a true wine expert who will guide participants through
various specially selected wines. Each selection will be traced to its origins, compared with other choices,
and noted for best pairings. Please add $30 per ticket to attend a class. NOTE: Reservations for your
session of choice MUST be made online or by phone during ticket purchase. Class sizes are limited, so be
