New Jersey Wine Festivals invites you to A Spring Wine Tasting on Friday, April 24, 2009 at the award-
winning Hilton Short Hills Resort & Spa. Come relax, mix and mingle with other wine lovers like yourself
while enjoying the smooth sounds of LIVE jazz. This is our 5th wine and jazz event at this wonderful
venue and our customers keep coming back for more. (see details of our last event)
WINE & FOOD: Bold, dry, sweet, or fruitful; Red, white, rose, or sparkling; The connoisseurs from The
Wine Library will be selecting wines for every palette’s pleasure. 100+ wines for tasting. AND to
accompany the wine, the hotel’s culinary experts will provide a first class selection of light hors
d'oeuvres...plus antipasto, cheese, bread and pasta stations. The Hilton Short Hills is the recipient of
numerous awards for food service, and it is one of New Jersey's finest hotels.

WINE CLASSES: Three (3) wine classes will be conducted in a special tasting area at 7:15PM, 8:15PM
& 9:15. The instructor will conduct a side by side tasting of 5 special wines, explaining the grape varietal
origins and tasting notes for each. Class cost is an additional $20 per person and advance reservations
must be made online or by phone during ticket purchase. This is an opportunity to attend a 30-40 minute
small group session during the event to expand your knowledge of wine. Class sizes are limited, so
