WINE CLASSES: We had three (3) wine classes in a special area at 7:15PM, 8:15PM and 9:15PM.  The
class instructor, a wine connoisseur, took "students" on a tour of fine wine. He had an intimate
knowledge of Toscana, and various other wine regions of Europe, as well as a palate that is
unsurpassed.
